Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Your statement should include the following information:

• Full name
• Address
• Email address used for the order
• Order number
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request through the platform.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

• We shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
• The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspected their condition.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The return must be sent to the return address provided to you after submitting the withdrawal request through our platform.

You, as the customer, shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

At present, we do not sell any goods that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (such as personalized or custom-made products).
