To ensure transparency and efficient communication with our customers, we use our own independent platform for handling complaints, formal inquiries, and disputes related to orders, payments, deliveries, or general dissatisfaction.

Each case is reviewed individually by our team. All responses and decisions are communicated directly through the system, ensuring structured communication, traceability, and complete documentation.
Participation in Consumer Dispute Resolution
Empire Club GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
All complaints are handled exclusively through the platform mentioned above.
